Position : Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

• Architect and develop test frameworks : Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust, scalable test automation frameworks.
• Define test strategy : Design and champion the overall testing strategy for new features and complex systems, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
• Execute advanced testing : Conduct and analyze results from complex testing types, including performance, load, security, and API testing.
• Drive quality initiatives : Proactively identify, propose, and implement improvements to our quality processes and standards.
• Technical mentorship : Mentor junior and medior QA engineers on testing best practices, advanced automation techniques, and effective debugging.
• Troubleshoot complex defects : Investigate, reproduce, and diagnose the most challenging bugs, working closely with developers to find solutions.
• Tooling and innovation : Research, evaluate, and lead the adoption of new testing tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
