Uraian Tugas

Responsibilities

  • Lead, set standards and monitor the operations of the Front Office Department to ensure quality with international standards, including creating innovation, evaluating and making improvements if gaps occur in providing excellent service to patients, patient families or visitors.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Excellence Group Head HO regarding the implementation of Front Office Department initiatives / programs / projects to increase patient satisfaction, becoming an agent of change in the Hospital.
  • Establish control processes in providing services, creating a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collect data, analyze, compile reports, and evaluate complaints and suggestions for improvement from patients, patient families, or visitors to use as a basis for determining service improvement initiatives / programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or any related major.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar industry / position or as a Project Manager.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a diverse team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • In‑depth knowledge of hospital operations, including clinical and non‑clinical areas, and experience with operational management.
