Responsibilities

Responsibilities related to understanding the goals and objectives of a request for the development of an information system application in the company and its subsidiaries, through the process of gap analysis, solution design with the production of a Business Requirement Document (BRD), creating mock‑ups if necessary, and ensuring implementation aligns with the goals and objectives.

• Responsible for providing accurate and effective solutions in line with goals and objectives.
• Act as an intermediary between business problems and technology solutions.
• Perform gap analysis by understanding business needs and creating technology solutions.
• Collaborate with the Application Development team to deliver the right and comprehensive solutions.
• Analyze and provide recommendations for improvements in business processes.
• Create and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) plans and test cases.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and implementation activities to ensure a smooth rollout.
• Identify potential risks and proactively communicate them to stakeholders.
• Highlight any potential concerns or risks and share best risk management practices proactively.
• Work with all project team members.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and obtain sign‑off, Business Case Documents, and User Acceptance Test (UAT) documents.
