Uraian Tugas
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

    • Key Responsibilities :

    • Supervise and coordinate daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and HR administration.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
    • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs that support organizational goals.
    • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Facilitate performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans.
    • Support management in handling disciplinary actions and industrial relations matters.
    • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
    • Prepare and present HR reports to management as required.
