Full-Stack Software Engineer – SaaS Scale-Up (€80–90k)

Location : Remote (occasional travel to Dublin required)

Time Zone : Dublin or nearby preferred

We’re looking for a hands‑on Full-Stack Software Engineer to help shape the future of our SaaS Scale‑up client’s platform, working closely with founders and a contract development team to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative features—including AI‑driven capabilities.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain new features for a dynamic SaaS platform
Optimise and refactor existing systems for performance and scalability
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to influence product and tech strategy
Integrate LLMs and Agentic AI components to enhance platform intelligence
Uphold best practices in code quality, security, and system design
Frontend : React
CI / CD : GitHub Actions

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in full‑stack development within SaaS environments

Strong architectural and system design skills

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑autonomy startup setting

Experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, or frameworks like LangChain is a plus

Excellent communication and ability to work independently
