This role is based in the vibrant city of Jakarta and offers an exceptional chance to lead and inspire a high-performing Product team. This role requires a deep understanding of Lending product vision, program, and strategy.

What you will do :

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing product team.
  • Responsible for end-to-end product cycle development.
  • Define and own the product vision, financial program, engagement, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of financial infrastructure, including product demand and marketing.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team.

What you bring :

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a Lending platform company.
  • In-depth understanding of Fintech and Lending products.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and contribute to discussions around architecture and design.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, manage complex projects, and drive organizational change.
  • Passionate about creating products that deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
