Position : Sales Executive (Sales Event)

Responsibilities :

• Mencari dan memperoleh peluang bisnis baru untuk event sosial (weddings, birthdays, celebrations, dll)
• Melakukan negosiasi harga, up-selling paket event sosial, serta memastikan solusi sesuai kebutuhan klien
• Menyiapkan proposal, penawaran, dan kontrak sesuai permintaan klien
• Berkoordinasi dengan Banquet, F&B, Kitchen, Housekeeping, dan departemen terkait untuk memastikan pelaksanaan event berjalan lancar
• Memahami tren pasar, kebutuhan klien, serta kompetitor untuk mendukung strategi penjualan yang efektif
• Memastikan pengalaman tamu positif melalui komunikasi aktif sebelum, selama, dan setelah acara
• Menjaga hubungan baik dengan klien untuk membangun loyalitas dan potensi repeat business
