Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced product manager to manage the strategy and product roadmap for Consumer Loyalty. As the lead for this crucial aspect of our platform, you will play an individual contributor role and shape the vision, strategy, and execution of features related to consumer loyalty, ensuring a rewarding experience for our consumers. You will be reporting to Head of Product, Consumer Experience and based onsite in Grab Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Product Vision and Strategy :

Develop and drive the product vision and strategy for consumer loyalty products, aligning it with overall product vision and business objectives.

Leverage data analytics to understand user behavior, trends in content consumption, and areas for improvement in user-generated content features.

Be the leader of cross-functional teams, comprising senior engineers, designer, analysts, and country operations, to grow User Generated Content on the platform.
