To ensure of availability accounting operations report accurately and timely both holding and subsidiaries. This role will play a key part in maintaining compliance, improving processes, and supporting management with insightful financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) for a group consolidated company.
Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliation, and closing activities.
Ensure compliance with PSAK / IFRS standards and tax regulations including IDX reporting process and submissions.
Maintain strong internal controls and support audit processes.
Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Also, involved in M&A and other corporate actions.
Provide data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions.
Lead and develop the accounting team to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from reputable university; CPA / CA certification is a plus.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in big 4 public accounting firm or currently working in a public listed company.
Strong understanding of PSAK, IFRS, and local tax regulations .
Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP).
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Strive in working under a high pressure and a tight deadline.
