Job Description

• Execute the settlement of securities transactions , including equities, bonds, mutual funds, and other financial instruments accurately and on time.
• Coordinate closely with custodian banks , brokers , and internal fund managers to ensure timely execution of settlement instructions.
• Perform daily reconciliation between the company’s internal system and custodian reports.
• Handle and follow up on any discrepancies or issues related to settlement until resolution.
• Ensure that all settlement processes comply with applicable regulations from OJK (Financial Services Authority of Indonesia) , KSEI (Indonesian Central Securities Depository) , and IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) .
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to settlement activities for both internal and external purposes.
