Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced UI / UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in using Sketch Design software and be comfortable creating prototypes with Sketch. This role involves designing UI / UX using Sketch and other design software, and making prototypes.

Role and Responsibilities

• Research & Analysis : Perform benchmarking, secondary research, and analysis for each design project prior to concept and design stage. Deliver comprehensive research reports to guide design direction.
• Concept & Design : Create user flows based on User Acceptance Criteria, and design User Experience and User Interface concepts to solve project problems. Ensure designs adhere to fundamental principles, psychological laws, and technical standards. Deliver aesthetically pleasing UI designs with consistency across screens and detailed user flows.
• Design Validation : Conduct self-validation using UI prototypes and usability testing to validate and iterate designs for improvement.
• Development of Design : Manage and oversee the development of UI designs with the developer team, including specifications for assets, colors, measurements, and implementation across screens.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field (min. GPA 3.00). 2+ years of experience in UI / UX Design.
• Master's degree in Design or related field is a plus.
• This position is under a third-party contract.
• Ability to exercise judgment within established procedures and practices.
• Experience in app and website design with multiple releases.
• Sufficient understanding of Interaction Design fundamentals.
• Adaptive, self-motivated learner.
• Proficient in English; Korean language skills are a plus.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Sketch Design software and comfortable creating prototypes with it.
