S1 / S2 with any background from reputable university or overseas

Have experience in similar position at least 3 year in the Food Packaging Industry

Expertise in Marketing Strategy and Sales Management

Must familiar with Marketing Tools and Sales Management

Have knowledge of rigid & flexible packaging

Able to lead and handling Sales Teams and being good motivator

Computer Skills : Office Application (word, excel, power point)

Target oriented

Job Descriptions :

Responsible to handle all activities and day to day sales / marketing department

Responsible to new product release and promote new products, new market development, evaluate sales achievement, evaluate loss in competition

Developing, implement and execute Sales strategies and plan (market positioning, market share, pricing strategy, marketing budget and market focus)

Reduce complain and return related to service and relationship

Build and maintain long term relationships with new existing customers through daily contact and frequent visits

Analyze daily sales problem and create action plan to improve best practice sales operation

Communicate and report effectively to Board of Directors
