Ahti Interiors is a design-led sanitary ware brand supplying premium bathroom products across Bali and Indonesia. We collaborate with leading architects, developers, and interior designers to deliver high-quality, sustainable bathroom solutions that blend aesthetics and function.

With a growing presence in Indonesia, Ahti is now expanding to other areas across Idonesia —one of Asia’s most dynamic real estate markets. We’re looking for a passionate, self-driven Sales Executive .

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth across Indonesia's residential and commercial project markets.
  • Build and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities, including retail and distribution channels.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and project proposals.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the local market, competition, and pricing trends.
  • Collaborate closely with the Bali HQ on order management, logistics, and project support.
  • Represent Ahti Interiors at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, ideally within sanitary ware, tiles, lighting, or interior finishes.
  • Proven track record in project sales or B2B business development.
  • Strong network in architecture, design, and real estate community is a major plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
