Senior Sales Executive – RTW Logistics Inc. (North Jakarta)

RTW Logistics Inc. is a recognized leader in logistics and supply chain integration, offering state‑of‑the‑art third‑party logistics services to corporate clients. Known for its dependability and reliability, the company has built a reputation backed by years of experience and has consistently expanded its portfolio of satisfied customers.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in North Jakarta for a Senior Sales Executive specializing in ISO tanks. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and handling end‑to‑end sales processes. Responsibilities also include conducting market analysis, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Expertise in ISO tank logistics, supply chain management, and understanding of the transportation industry
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and client servicing abilities
  • Analytical skills for market analysis, reporting, and sales strategy development
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the South Jakarta market and experience in local regulation compliance is a plus
