What You’ll Do
Lead a high‑performing, cross‑functional squad (3–4 engineers) to deliver secure, scalable, cloud‑native products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery : design, build, and operate cloud‑native services and APIs.
- Architect backend systems, integrations, and data flows for performance and integrity.
- Embed applied‑AI features (automation, recommendations, analytics) into workflow modules.
- Uphold engineering excellence : CI / CD, testing strategy, observability, documentation, and code quality.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers; guide design reviews and technical decisions.
- Partner with Singapore‑based product and business teams to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.
