Allocate workforce and resources efficiently. Monitor quality and progress of work. Manage workers, subcontractors and suppliers. Coordinate stakeholders and communicate progress. Prepare daily reports and work documentation. Collaborate with Project Coordinator and Project Manager on drawings and timelines. Perform KYB tests with contractors. High‑school graduate or equivalent; higher education preferred but not mandatory. Minimum 1 year experience in construction industry; experience as a Site Supervisor or similar. Familiarity with fit‑out, interior or civil projects. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Strong communication, leadership and motivation skills. Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards. Result‑oriented, able to work under pressure and handle multiple projects. Adaptable to diverse stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Civil). Minimum 8 years experience as a Site Supervisor in a construction contractor. Experience in top Indonesian property developers and mass‑housing projects. Proficiency in reading technical drawings, surveying, MEP and construction standards. Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making skills. Willingness to work on housing projects in Greater Jakarta (JABODETABEK). Must have a site supervision portfolio. Supervise construction activities per technical plans and timelines. Lead the project execution team with efficiency and safety. Ensure quality meets company standards and regulations. Implement occupational health and safety (OHS) practices. Resolve technical and operational issues promptly. Coordinate with project management and prepare progress reports.
