Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager of Operations with a demonstrated history of excellence in the food and beverages industry. The successful candidate will lead our operational efforts, manage multiple brands, and oversee a team of approximately 100 employees. If you have a proven track record of developing high-performance teams, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, we want you on our team.

• Operational Leadership : Take charge of day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless and efficient processes across multiple brands within the food and beverages industry.
• Team Management : Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of employees to consistently achieve performance goals and uphold company standards.
• Restaurant Management : Implement best practices in restaurant management, from new restaurant openings to ongoing training and development of staff.
• Communication : Establish effective communication channels within the organization, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
• Guest Experience : Maintain a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, upholding the reputation of our brands.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to align with corporate goals and execute company objectives.
