Uraian TugasProven experience in video editing, preferably with reality or unscripted multi-cam content. Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives from unscripted footage. Familiarity with sound syncing and audio post-production. Experience working in a team environment; prior team management experience is a plus but not required. Comfortable working in a startup environment with flexible schedules and overlapping hours with a US-based team. Our most exciting clients, US-based startup seeking a Senior Video Editor with expertise in editing reality-style or unscripted multi-cam footage. This is a dynamic role that involves working collaboratively with a team to produce high-quality content, with the potential for team management responsibilities as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit multi-cam footage with separate sound to create engaging, polished videos.
- Collaborate with the team to release more than one video per week.
- Manage and mentor junior editors as needed, ensuring consistent quality and meeting deadlines.
- Work with unscripted, freestyle content to create compelling narratives and maintain viewer engagement.
- Conduct trial edits to demonstrate proficiency and alignment with our creative vision.
