Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets across online and offline channels.
Lead, coach, and manage the sales managers (Online Sales Manager, Offline Sales Manager) and their respective teams.
Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance monitoring systems.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
Maintain communication with existing partners and evaluate their performances.
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business performance analyses for top management.
Drive a culture of accountability, customer-centricity, and high performance within the sales organization.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum of 7–10 years of proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably with exposure to both offline and online / digital sales channels.
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable sales plans.
Solid understanding of sales analytics, forecasting, and CRM systems.
Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
High level of negotiation, influencing, and decision-making skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
