Our Contribution

PT ALBA Tridi Plastics Recycling Indonesia (ATPRI), a joint venture led by ALBA Group Asia (AGA), has established a greenfield plant in Kendal, Central Java. The company aims to support Indonesia’s goal of near‑zero plastic pollution by 2040 by recycling PET beverage bottles into high‑quality rPET flakes and food‑grade pellets. Leveraging ALBA's technology, ATPRI is committed to advancing the circular economy and providing sustainable solutions aligned with Indonesia’s long‑term environmental objectives.

Your Purpose

Join ATPRI to lead sustainable business growth and operational excellence in Indonesia’s recycled PET (rPET) plastics industry. Drive continuous improvement, lead diverse teams, and support commercial success in a fast‑growing circular economy sector. Working location is at Kendal, Central Java. Relocation is supported.

Your Role

• Lead and implement operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, product quality, and safety.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing, production, and quality control.
• Inspire, develop, and coach plant managers and team leaders to build high‑performing, engaged teams.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and commercial teams to expand market presence and strengthen customer relationships.
• Oversee end‑to‑end plant operations including production planning, maintenance, inventory control, and regulatory compliance (HSE, ISO, Halal, FDA, etc).
• Act as a key bridge between the corporate headquarters (AGA) and the local operating entity (ATPRI), ensuring alignment and smooth communication.
• Require proven senior leadership experience in manufacturing, recycling, or plastics industry with strong people‑management skills.
