Head of Integrated Facility Management Service Department
Production & Operations
- Plan short to mid-term (1-3 years) execution of functional strategy and the operational direction of the Department.
- Plans, organizes, and schedules the design, maintenance, construction, renovation, and repair of manufacturing facilities and equipment.
- Develops plans and programs that meet present and anticipated space and facility requirements.
- Prepares cost estimates for building renovations or space allocations.
- Prepare the working plan, budget and man power planning of the IFMS team yearly.
- Prepare the short-term working plan of supervisor and team.
- Compose the key performance indicator (KPI) of the team and the way to measure it.
- Compose the development plan for the supervisor and team.
- Create and Maintain work systems / procedures to support GA facilities flow in all areas / scope of work.
- Analyze budget requirements for facilities supporting office activities to then be submitted to the company's finance and management to be budgeted and approved.
- Accommodate all complaints and suggestions and convey them to the management to find a solution.
