Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Consultant located in Denpasar. The Educational Consultant will be responsible for providing study destination and university consultations, supporting university applications, and assisting with document translation. Other tasks include offering English test preparation, guiding students through visa application processes, assisting with accommodation and airport pickup, and providing pre-departure briefings. The consultant will work closely with students and families to ensure they have the support and confidence needed to achieve their international education goals.

Qualifications

• Skills in Educational Consulting and Consulting
• Strong background in Education and understanding of various educational systems
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience with university application processes and document translation
• Familiarity with English test preparation (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC) and visa application procedures
• Ability to work on-site in Denpasar and support students from diverse backgrounds
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field is preferred
• Experience in overseas education consultancy is a plus
