Role Overview : As the Director of our Retail & Consumer Consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in leading our efforts to support clients in the dynamic retail and consumer goods sectors in Indonesia. Drawing on your extensive experience and industry expertise, you will drive strategic initiatives and deliver impactful solutions to address the evolving challenges and opportunities facing our clients.

Responsibilities :

• Experienced working in Top Management Consulting firm as a leadership position
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to our Retail & Consumer Consulting practice, driving growth and delivering exceptional client service.
• Lead and manage client engagements from inception to completion, leveraging your deep industry knowledge to develop tailored solutions that drive business value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders in the retail and consumer goods sectors, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes, providing insights and recommendations to clients to help them stay ahead of the curve.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the practice.
