Sales Engineer

Identify and explore new job order opportunities through various media (customer websites, e-procurement platforms, etc.).

Conduct sales activities such as cold calling, client visits, and presentations to both new and existing customers.

Participate in tender / bidding processes and prepare the necessary administrative documents.

Maintain good relationships with existing customers while expanding new customer networks.

Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports and updates on sales progress.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience and / or proven successful track record in the rotating services industry (Oil & Gas).

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).

Excellent sales skills with strong ability to sell directly.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

A good team player with ability to work cross-functionally.
