Forklift Operator
Job Details
Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items and stacking them in assigned places.
Locating and moving stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
Transporting raw materials to production workstations
Keep updated records of inventory movement and operational activity.
Inspecting for damages and scheduling forklift for maintenance and repairs
Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency
Picking and wrapping orders for production and shipment.
Identifying workplace safety hazards and adhering to safety management standards.
Qualification Requirements
Formal Education & Certification
Minimum Senior High School or similar
Attained at least a 4-ton forklift driver’s license is essential.
Attained Heavy forklift driver’s license is a bonus, but not essential. Training will be provided.
Knowledge & Experience
Valid Forklift License from MoM
Minimum 4 years and above experience on Forklift and Lifting operation or activities.
Basic knowledge of Store / Logistics operation or activities would be advantageous, full training will be provided.
Ability to read and speak basic English is advantages.
Personal Attributes
Pro-active with good interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as a team player.
Physical Requirements
Good physical condition.
Excellent hand-eye coordination.
