Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager (FMCG Manufacture)

Uraian TugasBachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in FAT , with 5+ years in a senior managerial role . Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations . Proven experience in SAP (preferably SAP B1) implementation and system configuration. Strong leadership and organizational skills – capable of managing multiple teams and remote sites. Strategic thinker with solid analytical and financial modeling capabilities. Prior experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry is highly preferred. Willingness to travel to sites and branches as needed. Open to candidates based outside of Surabaya / East Java . Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) function across all sites and branches in Indonesia (Surabaya, Balaraja, Gresik, Jakarta).
- Supervise and develop a team, including Finance Managers, Accounting Managers, and Tax personnel.
- Own and drive the implementation of SAP B1 , including system setup, process improvements, and team readiness.
- Build or optimize financial systems, controls, and best practices to support scalable growth.
- Oversee financial reporting : P&L, cash flow, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis.
- Manage and monitor AR / AP, tax compliance , and overall financial health of the company.
- Ensure cost efficiency and budget discipline across departments and locations.
- Stay up to date with Indonesia’s tax regulations and drive compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute financial strategy.
