As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful implementation and integration of software solutions across Japan, China, and Korea. You will lead teams, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure project alignment with client expectations and delivery standards. You will serve as both a strategic planner and hands‑on leader guiding our consultants and professional services team.
Your missions
- Lead enterprise software implementation projects, ensuring all phases of the project life cycle are completed successfully.
- Apply industry‑standard software implementation methodologies.
- Oversee projects related to supply chain management, logistics trade management, or ERP systems.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
- Analyze project requirements and ensure effective project controls are in place.
- Mentor, coach and motivate project teams, fostering accountability and a collaborative environment.
- Communicate project expectations and progress to team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Liaise with consulting or professional services teams specialized in supply chain or global trade management.
Your profile
Experience with project analysis, project control and project coordination.5–10 years of experience in client‑facing projects.Proven experience in enterprise software implementations and full project life cycles.Hands‑on experience delivering software solutions in supply chain management, logistics, trade management, or ERP systems.Previous experience within consulting or professional services organizations.Experience working in multinational environments.Program management experience is a plus.Fluent Japanese (mother‑tongue level) and good spoken / written English. Additional Asian languages are a plus.Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams with minimal supervision, and excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.What we offer
