PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $42.31-$51.68 hourly. The full Pay Range is $32.84-$61.30 hourly. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE :

In this role, you’ll play a key part in safeguarding BECU and our members by uncovering emerging fraud trends, identifying threats before they escalate, and shaping the strategies that keep our systems strong and resilient. Your analytical mindset, curiosity, and collaboration skills will help you translate complex data into meaningful insights that influence real decisions.

You’ll work closely with partners across BECU and trusted external vendors, helping refine tools, enhance models, and implement detection improvements that elevate our fraud‑mitigation efforts. Your contributions won’t just protect our organization—you’ll directly strengthen the financial well‑being of our members and support BECU’s mission every day.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

Fraud Insights & Trend Analysis

• Monitor Fraud Activity : You’ll continuously scan all product types and channels to identify unusual patterns, detect emerging risks, and elevate insights that matter.
• Analyze Data for Action : You’ll interpret large, diverse data sets to uncover root causes, highlight gaps, and surface opportunities to reduce fraud exposure.
