Job Description
- Adjusting inventory in and out (Warehouse and Production)
- Performing physical checks (attaching photos in memos)
- Inputting adjustments into the system
- Distributing documents to accounting
- Checking Production List documents
- Conducting weekly partial stock opname (raw materials, finished goods) and daily
- Validating inter-warehouse transfers
- Checking transfer data input by the Production team against physical count documents from the Warehouse team
- Preparing and conducting comprehensive stock opname of all inventories (6-monthly general stock opname)
- Monitoring stock cards versus stock positions
