Sales Proshop / Retail Sales (Placement: Clubhouse-Padel)

Opportunity

As a full-time on-site Sales Proshop / Retail Sales staff placed at the Clubhouse-Padel located in Jakarta, you will be responsible for engaging with customers. Your primary goal will be to promote our product offerings, provide exceptional customer service, and enhance the shopping experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, providing informative product knowledge and recommendations for smart home products.
• Assist customers in making selections that best suit their needs while fostering a positive shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash and credit operations efficiently.
• Keep the Proshop area well-maintained, organized, and attractive to customers.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to create brand loyalty and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Stay updated on the latest product knowledge, industry trends, and promotional offers.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in retail sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while being self-motivated.
• Detail-oriented with organization skills to manage inventory and sales transactions.
• Experience or interest in sports, particularly padel tennis, is a plus.
