Uraian Tugas

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Consultant to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading SAP SD solution design, implementation, and support across complex business environments. This role demands strong functional expertise, deep understanding of SD-related processes, and proven capability in managing functional teams and end-to-end project delivery. The consultant will act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders and ensure that SAP SD solutions are aligned with both technical standards and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle SAP SD implementation and enhancement projects, from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants, ensuring timely and quality delivery of SAP SD-related tasks.
  • Design and configure SAP SD modules including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and returns, ensuring smooth integration with FI, MM, and other relevant modules.
  • Analyze and resolve complex support issues, ensuring adherence to SLA and service excellence.
  • Prepare and validate functional specifications (RICEF), collaborate with ABAP team, and oversee integration and UAT testing.
  • Develop key documentation such as Functional Specs, CR Forms, UAT Scripts, User Manuals, and SOPs.
  • Conduct training sessions for key users and business stakeholders, ensuring knowledge transfer and system adoption.
  • Actively engage in process review and optimization initiatives to enhance system performance and business value.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD.
  • Extensive knowledge of order-to-cash business processes and advanced configuration of SAP SD functionalities.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading functional teams, managing deliverables, and interacting with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SD integration with FI, MM, and related modules.
  • Proficiency in documenting functional requirements, analyzing business needs, and designing effective SAP-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
