About Kreatale

Kreatale helps individuals and organizations bring their ideas to life through technology. We provide end-to-end development services and training programs, ensuring smooth execution from concept to delivery.

In just 6 months of operation, Kreatale has successfully completed 20+ international projects across Australia, the United States, Europe, Japan, and Indonesia — a testament to the trust and demand for our solutions globally.

Now, we're looking for a Co-Founder focused on Sales & Marketing to help scale our reach, strengthen our brand, and build long-term client partnerships.

The Role

As Co-Founder, you'll take ownership of business growth — leading sales, marketing, and client acquisition efforts. You'll work closely with the founding and development teams to position Kreatale as a go-to partner for businesses looking to launch and scale with technology.

This isn't a typical job — it's an opportunity to become a core partner in a company that already has traction, revenue, and recurring clients. You'll shape strategy, brand presence, and growth initiatives that define Kreatale's next chapter.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain global clients
  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
  • Lead marketing campaigns, both digital and outbound, to increase visibility
  • Identify growth opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Represent Kreatale in meetings, negotiations, and strategic discussions
  • Contribute to long-term business and branding direction

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, ideally within tech or creative industries
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, and brand positioning
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven and capable of operating independently with measurable outcomes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for innovation and growth
  • Prior experience in a leadership or startup environment is highly preferred
  • The most important thing is someone who has the same drive and passion to grow this company
  • Someone who is okay to have a late night call since some of the client is from America
