DevOps Engineer - Remote (Jakarta) with Singapore Travel. Theratech.ai is on a mission to revolutionize the allied healthcare process through intelligent software. Our platform seamlessly integrates EMR (Electronic Medical Records), AI-Driven Goal Generation, Automated Appointment Booking & Billing, and Realtime Progress & Reporting to Parents. Our goal is to empower healthcare professionals and enhance patient outcomes with cutting-edge AI at every step.

We are looking for a Software Developer with interest in Devops to join our team.

What You’ll Do

Design & Automate : Build and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure for our AI-driven healthcare platform using modern DevOps practices
CI / CD Excellence : Implement and optimize continuous integration / deployment pipelines that enable rapid, safe releases
Monitor & Optimize : Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure 99.9% uptime
Security First : Embed security practices throughout the development lifecycle and infrastructure
Cross-Border Collaboration : Travel to Singapore office twice monthly for strategic planning, team syncs, and stakeholder meetings

About You

Experienced DevOps Engineer : 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes / Docker)

Automation Advocate : You\'ve mastered infrastructure automation and are passionate about eliminating manual processes

AI / ML Curious : Experience or strong interest in MLOps, model deployment, and supporting AI workloads

Technical Proficiency : Strong background in Backend Development, and also in Linux, scripting (Python / Bash), and modern DevOps toolchains

Problem Solver : You thrive on troubleshooting complex distributed systems and optimizing performance

Travel Ready : Valid passport and ability to travel to Singapore twice monthly (2-3 days per trip)

Healthcare Tech (Bonus) : Experience with HIPAA compliance, healthcare data security, or EMR systems

Location & Travel Requirements

Base Location : Remote work from Jakarta, Indonesia

Travel : Singapore office visits twice monthly (company-covered travel expenses)

Time Zone : Flexible hours with overlap for Singapore business hours

Equipment : Company-provided laptop and home office setup allowance
