(Project Based)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT system analysis or business analysis.
  • Completed training programs such as Internalization and OJT.
  • Strong knowledge of programming, SDLC, UML, and RDBMS.
  • Excellent logical thinking, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with BPO and users to gather and refine IT system requirements.
  • Design and prepare system specifications or enhancements for developers / programmers.
  • Evaluate and review vendors involved in IT system development.
  • Collaborate with developers on system modifications and improvements.
  • Conduct system testing to ensure system functionality and accuracy.
  • Monitor and oversee the release of new or enhanced IT systems.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
