Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in General Affairs or Procurement Specialist with proven work in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Fluent in English is mandatory. Mandarin skill is an additional plus.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing procurement costs.
- Expertise in vendor sourcing, performance evaluation, contract review, and database management.
- Excellent communication skills for vendor and internal team collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple procurement tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and ethical sourcing practices.
Responsibilities
Create and execute procurement strategies that align with the company’s objectives, focusing on cost‑efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.Source and select suppliers, manage supplier relationships, conduct vendor performance evaluations, and oversee all vendor payments.Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including issuing RFQs, overseeing the bidding process, negotiating terms, reviewing and approving purchase orders, and monitoring procurement fulfillment.Oversee the procurement budget, track expenses, and implement cost‑optimization strategies.Manage vendor registration, contract reviews, work order agreements, maintain a contract database, and ensure timely contract renewals, expirations, and terminations.Oversee the procurement of pantry supplies, stationery, and other office supplies, ensuring timely ordering and adequate stock levels.Seniority level
