Regional Growth & Operations Intern (Bali)

About the role

The Regional Growth & Operations Intern role is part of the Pinhome Home Service Team, where you'll be directly involved in the daily operations of the business. This internship offers hands-on experience in understanding how operational processes runranging from demand-supply matchmaking and demand growth initiatives, to collaboration with internal teams as well as external partners.

What You Will Do

• Expand the presence, revenue, and bookings of Pinhome across all categories in Bali.
• Drive growth through a mix of online campaigns, offline activations, and strategic partnerships.
• Enhance the supply lifecycle and improve quality standards.
• Monitor income streams (organic and inorganic) to elevate the well-being of Pinhome partners.
• Foster strong engagement and a seamless experience for Pinhome partners, both online and offline.
• Build trust and safety measures to protect stakeholders in the ecosystem.
• Support day-to-day operations in managing service providers and ensure service quality.

The Regional Team focuses on ensuring the effective delivery of Pinhomes services within their respective cities or regions. The responsibilities include driving mix of initiatives on demand generation, supporting on managing service providers operations, and promoting Pinhome Services locally, with the goal of helping more people solve common home service related problems.
