Job Description
- Create a relationship management strategy that includes regular updates and feedback loops with payment / aggregators / switching partners.
- Schedule regular check-ins with payment partners / government stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any administrative needs.
- Aim to achieve a higher target percentage of transactions from aggregators while maintaining the cost structure, and create metrics to evaluate the performances against these KPIs.
- Monitor and manage the settlement process with payment partners / aggregators to ensure timeline and accurate transactions.
- Develop a proactive communication plan and deep dive to address any bottlenecks and potential issues in the business / operational flow before they escalate to support all stakeholders.
- Work closely with various teams to ensure smooth and effective collaboration
