IT Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities

• Oversees and maintains all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure, including performance, health, and automated backups at operational levels.
• Responsible for ensuring smooth operations of all IT systems including networks (firewalls, IP segments, etc.), hardware (development, networking, and security devices), servers (VPS, bare metal, or offshore backups), and services (which may include third-party software and / or own-developed).
• Contributes to the development of IT department policies and scalability. Coordinates with the internal IT department for IT services provided in the company.
• Acts as L2 support and ensures smooth transitions to L1 for any services operated in the company by providing guidance and documented troubleshooting procedures.
• Contributes to IT-related projects.
• Liaises with vendors and coordinates with superiors.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the IT infrastructure's efficiency and development.
