Job Descriptions :

• Ensuring the achievement of the target time and quality of units to be handed over to consumers by checking and controlling the landscape and estate environment
• Resolve consumer complaints regarding units that will be handed over promptly and effectively
• Coordinate with internal and external parties as well as coordinate handovers
• Monitoring IPL security and administration (billing and collecting) and handling complaints
• Developing and managing budgets, controlling expenses, and negotiating with vendors and contractors to ensure cost-effective operations
• Creating and implementing optimal practices for daily estate operations
