Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Co‑ordinate the daily activities of the department and liaise with the Project Manager.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Work Preparation Activities for project start‑up.
• Show knowledge of Engineering processes including procurement, risk, change, and issue management.
• Demonstrate ability to work in a fast‑paced and high‑pressure environment, meet tight deadlines, and work proactively as part of a committed team.
• Communicate effectively at all levels and across all disciplines.
• Support Tender‑ and Project Managers in the efficient resourcing of bids and projects.
• Monitor design outputs to ensure they conform with specified requirements.
