A leading global data center operator with a portfolio of over 200 sites is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead its Indonesia operations.

Job Description

The Operations Director will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the joint venture operations in Indonesia. This includes managing key areas such as operational performance, financial metrics, uptime and SLA compliance, standards adherence, customer installations, vendor management, maintenance, security, and contract alignment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Adopt the global standards and ensure consistent execution across all operational touchpoints.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with regional teams in procurement, sustainability, security, asset management, engineering, sales, and customer success.
• Act as a strategic partner to JV leadership, advocating for operational excellence and alignment across the organization.
• Leverage expertise in critical infrastructure (mechanical and electrical systems) to support operational integrity.
• Apply strong financial acumen to monitor and report on performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Director should have :

• Significant experience in managing data center operations
• Deep expertise in managing critical environments in owned sites or leased sites
