As a Manager, you\'ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to :

Responsibilities

Manage operations projects related to Financial Services, including due diligence, M&A integration / carved-out planning, execution, and PMO management.
Lead operational enhancement initiatives within the Financial Services sector.
Engage in deal / M&A projects, providing strategic insights and implementation support.
Develop and maintain productive relationships with client personnel and internal teams.
Support operations alignment with strategic objectives in the post-merger phase.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

5-7 years of experience in consulting environments with exposure to deal / M&A projects in Financial Services sectors such as banking, multifinance, insurance, and / or wealth management.

Strong analytical skills with proven stakeholder management capabilities.

Experience in operational improvement and commercial due diligence within the FS sector.

Ability to evaluate client capabilities and develop operating models.

Exceptional communication skills and ability to lead a team.

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.

Strong leadership abilities and a track record of driving successful project outcomes.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks within the FS sector.

Ability to influence decision-making processes at various organizational levels.
