Stockbit is seeking a passionate and skilled Tech Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent who can contribute to the innovative work we do in the fintech space. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Write and post technical job descriptions on relevant media platforms
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Perform pre-screening to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Interview candidates by combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral)
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals, hiring needs and technical requirements
- Drive personalized recruiting strategy with current job openings to passive candidates
- Connect with hiring partners such as universities, tech communities, and other organizations to source potential talent
- Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in all majors, background in Computer Science / Information System would be a plusMore than 3 years of recruiting experience in tech recruitmentA good understanding of talent trends in the technology and / or financial industriesA good understanding of technology and technical skills for various positionsGood interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skillsHaving a passion for data and analytics to evaluate the hiring processStrong network with the technology community and keep up-to-date with new technological trends and productsAble to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to code in basic programming languages is a plusBenefits
