You will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and managing relationships with high-end clients to ensure they receive exceptional service and a personalized luxury experience at our property. This role involves sales targets, planning exclusive events, and collaborating with various departments to enhance the overall clients' experiences.
Key Tasks :
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements :
This position is only for Indonesian citizens and those domiciled in Bali.Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury resorts or real estate.Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.Energetic and able to work independently or as part of a team.Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging luxury hospitality services.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly.Adaptable and able to cater to diverse client needs.Willing to travel for business if necessary.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
