Job Description – General Admin HR

The General Admin HR is responsible for supporting administrative functions within the Human Resources (HR) department, ensuring smooth employee administration processes, proper documentation, and compliance with company policies. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR documents, and providing administrative support for HR activities.

The General Admin HR is responsible for supporting administrative functions within the Human Resources (HR) department, ensuring smooth employee administration processes, proper documentation, and compliance with company policies. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR documents, and providing administrative support for HR activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain HR administrative documents, including employee data, employment contracts, attendance, leave records, and other personnel-related files.
  • Assist in recruitment administration, such as interview scheduling, candidate documentation, and correspondence.
  • Support payroll administration by preparing attendance, overtime, and employee allowance data.
  • Prepare periodic HR administrative reports (e.g., employee data, turnover, attendance).
  • Handle internal and external HR-related correspondence (letters, announcements, memos, etc.).
  • Support HR activities such as new employee onboarding, training, and internal company events.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data and documents in accordance with company standards.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor or HR team.

Job Requirements – General Admin HR

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in administration or HR-related roles is preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies

  • Strong administrative and filing skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and systematic in managing data and documents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Capable of multitasking and managing time efficiently.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
