Role Overview

We are building our Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) Talent Pipeline to strengthen financial governance and support long-term business growth. This initiative is aimed at experienced professionals across Accounts Receivable, Financial Analysis & Controlling, Accounting, and Tax Compliance. By joining our talent network, you will be considered for future strategic roles within the FAT division—enabling a strong, compliant, and high-performing financial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Finance – Accounts Receivable (AR)

Conduct deduction analysis to validate claims and ensure precise collection performance.

Manage end-to-end AR operations, including invoicing, collection, return handling, and customer reconciliation.

Finance – Analyst / Controller

Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to forecast budgets and monitor financial performance.

Control commercial spending and ensure alignment between promotional plans and finance policies.

Provide variance analysis and financial insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Accounting

Manage the end-to-end accounting process to ensure accurate and timely financial records.

Handle journaling for general administrative expenses, procurement activities, and revenue recognition for online channels (e-commerce) and offline sales (MT & GT).

Support consolidated management reporting and perform cost accounting to provide insights and variance analysis for key stakeholders.

Tax

Execute full tax compliance processes and support internal advisory related to tax regulations.

Requirements

Background in FMCG or trading companies is highly preferred.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax.

Demonstrated high persistency and adaptability within a dynamic work environment.

Strong communication skills, with fluency in English preferred.
