• Review operational of Oracle Tuxedo
• Review operational of Oracle Weblogic & Webtier
• Review operational of FEP
• Review operational of softwareAG
• Provide proactive to support dispute transaction
• Responsible for answering high volume IT support tickets
• Provide Middleware support services at all times to ensure continuous system availability
