Main Duties and Responsibilities :

• Working in a busy department and learning how to be a great butcher.
• Understanding customer specifications and their monetary impact.
• Completion of an assessment at the end of your training period.
• Adhere to company Health, Safety, Training, and Hygiene policies.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as required.
