Uraian TugasSupport Product Management with technical expertise regarding temporary works topics Engineering performance and processes Ensure engineering quality assurance and safety standards in subsidiaries, aligned with PERI policies and standards Project management Implement and improve project management standards Pro-actively manage key projects (in cooperation with other departments) Coordination & communication Align engineering organization and strategy to market requirements Degree in Civil, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering Minimum of 10 years work experience in construction with detailed experience in formwork industry and several years of experience in a leadership role Expert knowledge of engineering standards and solid business acumen (incl. cost control) Strong technical understanding and experience in construction projects Excellent leadership and organizational competencies BricsCAD or AutoCAD (or similar) operating skills / experience is essential Fluent English both oral and written, Bahasa Indonesia (preferably) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain a good working relationship at all levels Very good organizational skills Intercultural awareness and competence : ability to effectively interact, communicate and collaborate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds
Overview
Manage an engineering organization that provides first-class safety-oriented but cost-efficient formwork, scaffolding and shoring solutions to clients. Develop and implement a local engineering strategy based on subsidiary requirements and the global engineering strategy. Ensure the development and training of local engineers.
Responsibilities
- Develop local Engineering strategy
Develop the Engineering organization aligned to the business needs and overall subsidiary strategy
Track engineering KPIs and pro-actively work towards improvement by initiating and driving improvement projects
Cooperate with subsidiary management team for project prioritization on local level (based on technical complexity, size, strategic value, risk analysis etc.) and plan engineering resources accordingly
Coordination of interfaces with other departments
