Uraian TugasCoordinate and monitor Custom Clearance day to day activities Maintain contact / correspondence with consignee for incomplete / missing documents Responsible for KPI achievements by monitoring daily operations performance team / vendors reviews Define HS number Ensure that the 3 layers checking of customs declaration process are carried out, which are PIB drafter (first layer), customer (second layer), and PPJK / Ahli Kepabeanan (third layer), refer to Procedure DGF_ID_CDZ-01_V2.00 Customs Clearance Responsible for cargo clearance status Ensure to maintain for delivery goods in coordination with Customer Service Inform the customs clearance progress / status, special requirements to consignee if any Responsible to solve the shipment / cargo problem (eq. pilferage, damage) Inform superior and relevant functional unit continuously and in good terms of occurrences within his / her area of responsibility Monitoring for collecting documents from third party Maintain relationship with customer Leading daily morning briefing Monitoring timestamp on Cargowise1 Inform and socialize regulation related customs clearance Comply with Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and Business Continuity Management Systems procedures and regulations, and participate in their programs Bachelor's degree in the relevant field, Master's degree is an advantage Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience Proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking Has adequate computer literacy and proficiency Has all technical competencies and skills required for the position Clean criminal record and adherence to ethical standards Note - Kindly share your updated resume in English #J-18808-Ljbffr
